The Laser Clinic Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Cancellations 

 

  • All appointments must be booked with a deposit at the time of booking 

  • All deposits are non-refundable 

  • 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to your booking, anything cancelled within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit 

 

Patch Tests

 

  • All clients must book a patch test at least 48 hours before their first appointment

  • All clients will need to have a patch test with TLC even if they have had laser treatments before elsewhere                    

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a consultation and patch test has been booked. If the client arrives to an appointment where a patch test and consultation has not been carried out the client will be turned away and the deposit will be lost. 

 

Lateness

 

  • All clients must arrive on time for their appointment, it is the practitioner's discretion as to whether they can complete the treatment in the remaining time if the client is late. If they can't, the client will be turned away and the deposit will be lost.

  • If the client is having multiple areas, the deposit for any areas not completed will be lost.

 

Pre/Post Care

 

  • If the pre/post treatment care has not been followed and the treatment cannot be carried out, the client will be turned away and the deposit will be lost. 

 

COVID

 

  • It is the client’s responsibility to contact TLC if they or anyone in their household has had covid within 10 days prior to their appointment

  • Clients MUST make TLC aware it they have had a Covid vaccination or Covid since their last treatment / patch test 

  • Clients may choose to wear a face covering during their appointment and can ask that the practitioner also wears a covering too.
